Tracks Display, WS120

This program will display a region of the C. elegans genome near a gene, cosmid, ORF, or chromosome range that you type in. The display includes splicing diagrams of genes, and EST and cDNA alignments.

Some examples of genomic locations you can use are:

• mec-8 - Jumps to the region near the gene mec-8
• F46A9.4 - Jumps to the fourth ORF on cosmid F46A9
• C36F7.4a - Jumps to this alternatively spliced ORF.
• ZC101 - Displays region of the genome associated with the entire cosmid ZC101
• I:100000-110000 - Displays bases 100000 to 110000 of chromosome I.
